LeakedIn operates as an Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) aggregation and informational service platform, designed exclusively for personal, non-commercial utilization by individual end-users seeking to ascertain whether their personally identifiable information (PII) has been compromised, exposed, or disseminated through unauthorized data breaches, security incidents, or cyber-intrusions affecting third-party entities, organizations, or digital infrastructure.

The Service functions as an intermediary conduit, facilitating access to publicly available breach notification data sourced from reputable, industry-recognized cybersecurity intelligence providers, including but not limited to: HaveIBeenPwned (HIBP), Malwarebytes Threat Intelligence, Notion Security Research, and other established breach monitoring organizations and databases.

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: LeakedIn does not own, control, generate, store, or maintain any proprietary databases containing compromised credentials, personal information, or breach data. All information presented through the Service is derived exclusively from third-party providers and publicly accessible breach notification repositories.

2.1 NO DATA OWNERSHIP: LeakedIn expressly disclaims any and all ownership, possession, custody, or control over breach data, compromised credentials, personally identifiable information, or any derivative datasets presented through the Service. All such information originates from independent third-party sources beyond the operational jurisdiction of LeakedIn.

2.2 NO AFFILIATION WITH BREACHED ENTITIES: LeakedIn maintains no corporate, contractual, partnership, or affiliate relationships with any organizations, corporations, governmental entities, or institutions that have experienced data breaches, security compromises, or unauthorized information disclosures. The Service operates independently and provides informational aggregation services only.

2.3 THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER RELIANCE: All breach intelligence, security notifications, and compromised credential information is sourced from established cybersecurity intelligence providers including HaveIBeenPwned, Malwarebytes, Notion Security, and similar reputable organizations. LeakedIn serves solely as an information aggregation platform and bears no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of data provided by these third-party sources.

2.4 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances shall LeakedIn, its operators, affiliates, partners, or service providers be held liable, responsible, or accountable for any damages, losses, injuries, consequences, or adverse outcomes arising from: (a) data breaches affecting third-party entities; (b) unauthorized access to user information by malicious actors; (c) inaccuracies or omissions in breach notification data; (d) delayed breach disclosures by affected organizations; or (e) any actions taken or not taken by users based on information obtained through the Service.

3.1 PERSONAL USE ONLY: The Service is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial utilization by individual end-users seeking to verify the security status of their own personally identifiable information. Users are expressly prohibited from utilizing the Service for commercial purposes, competitive intelligence gathering, unauthorized surveillance, harassment, stalking, identity theft, fraud, or any unlawful activities.

3.2 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: Users shall not: (a) query information pertaining to individuals other than themselves without explicit authorization; (b) aggregate, compile, or redistribute breach data obtained through the Service; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent security measures protecting the Service; (d) utilize automated systems, bots, or scripts to conduct mass queries or data harvesting; (e) engage in any activity that may compromise the integrity, availability, or security of the Service infrastructure.

3.3 COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW: Users acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, statutes, ordinances, and legal requirements governing data privacy, cybersecurity, computer fraud, unauthorized access, and related matters, including but not limited to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and equivalent jurisdictional legislation.

4.1 INFORMATION ACCURACY: Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of all search queries, email addresses, identifiers, and personal information submitted through the Service. LeakedIn assumes no responsibility for verifying user identity or authorization to access queried information.

4.2 SECURITY MEASURES: Upon discovering that personal information has been compromised through breach notifications provided by the Service, users are strongly advised to immediately: (a) change passwords for affected accounts; (b) enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) where available; (c) monitor financial accounts for unauthorized transactions; (d) consider credit monitoring services; (e) report suspected identity theft to appropriate authorities.

4.3 CONFIDENTIALITY: Users acknowledge that breach notification information may contain sensitive personal data and agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information, refraining from unauthorized disclosure, publication, or distribution to third parties.

5.1 CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS: Certain premium features and services may require payment via Solana blockchain-based cryptocurrency transactions. All payments are processed through decentralized blockchain infrastructure and are non-refundable, irreversible, and final upon confirmation.

5.2 TRANSACTION VERIFICATION: Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions may require network confirmation periods and that LeakedIn bears no responsibility for transaction delays, network congestion, failed transactions, or blockchain infrastructure issues beyond its operational control.

5.3 NO REFUND POLICY: Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and the immediate delivery of digital services, all payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to user error, dissatisfaction with results, or technical difficulties.

6.1 "AS IS" SERVICE PROVISION: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY.

6.2 NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY: LeakedIn makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or availability of breach notification data, search results, or any information provided through the Service. Users acknowledge that breach data may be incomplete, outdated, or contain inaccuracies due to limitations of third-party data sources.

6.3 SERVICE AVAILABILITY: LeakedIn does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeakedIn, its operators, affiliates, partners, service providers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation costs) arising from or related to: (a) user's access to or use of the Service; (b) user's violation of these Terms of Service; (c) user's violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; (d) user's submission of inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information; or (e) any actions taken by users based on information obtained through the Service.

LeakedIn reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice or obligation to users. Continued access to or use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of such modifications. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms of Service to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeakedIn operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or related to these Terms of Service or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, and users hereby waive any right to participate in class action litigation or jury trials.
